About Jason:

Jason is the Managing Director for Praeclarus Group, with over 25 years experience operating at Director level. Possesses the ability to develop strategic Commercial development plans to ensure the business moves in the right direction, creating Commercial opportunities and maximising potential.

Jason takes a hands on approach to the management of the business and likewise with his clients, managing projects from tender through to final account. Jason has experience and is a specialist in most construction sectors including Building, Housing, Infrastructure, Power, Mechanical and Electrical.

Jason provides Commercial Management of high value complicated and disputed commercial accounts. Preparing a strategic recovery plan, managing the delivery of the plan to deliver a successful commercial resolution.

Undertaking tender commercial reviews to ascertain the risks of a Project from the outset and providing clear and practical advice on which contractual terms require adjustment or further clarification. Presenting the agreed terms of the Contract to the proposed site team to ensure they set off with a full understanding of their contractual obligations from the outset.

Experienced in development of stakeholder relationships, Jason has the ability to quickly gain trust and co-operation, establishing long term agreements and relationships.
