Praeclarus provided a Senior/Managing Quantity Surveyor to the United Utilities water meter contract.

The commission requires the preparation and submission of monthly payment applications, commercial forecasting and reporting, production of monthly Profit & Loss reports, supply chain management, weekly cost reporting and mentoring of other staff within the commercial team.

Praeclarus are also engaged with the final account agreement and TUPE-related matters.
