Praeclarus are providing commercial services on several packages including the MEP lead on the Co-op Live Design and Build, which is set to be the UK’s largest indoor area.  The Praeclarus team has commercial responsibility for the internal dry lining and all MEP packages.

Our duties include supporting monthly valuation and payment processes, cost reporting and forecasting, agreement of variations and progress reporting.
